The short version. If you are charged and did not mean to subscribe, tell us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. Cancelling always stops future billing.

|---|---|
| You were charged and did not intend to subscribe (within 14 days of the charge) | Full refund of that charge |
| Duplicate or accidental charge, or a billing error on our side | Full refund |
| You cancelled but were charged afterwards | Full refund of the incorrect charge |
| The service was unavailable and we could not fix it | Refund of the affected period |
| You used the paid service and changed your mind after 14 days | No refund; cancel to stop future billing |
| Your account was terminated for breaching the Terms | No refund |
Email [email protected] from the address you subscribed with, and include the approximate date and amount of the charge. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; Stripe controls the final posting time, and we will send you the refund reference.
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded. Consumers in the EU and UK generally have 14 days from purchase to withdraw from a digital subscription — by subscribing and accessing the service immediately, you ask us to begin supply during that period. Where mandatory local law gives you a stronger right, that law applies instead of this policy.
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it the same week. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may suspend access while the dispute is open.
Cancel via the link in your receipt or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then.
